Hi, I’m Roxy.
I help people move better, train with confidence, and get out of pain for the long term, not just feel better for a day or two.
My approach blends hands-on remedial massage with movement, rehab and education, so we’re not just chasing symptoms, we’re working out what’s actually driving them. That might include deep tissue work, dry needling, cupping, joint and soft tissue work, and targeted exercises depending on what your body needs.
I work with athletes, busy professionals, people recovering from injury, and anyone who wants to understand their body better and keep it working well.
If you’re a new client, please book an Initial Consultation. You’ll receive a short intake form before your first session so I can understand your history, goals and any injuries before you arrive. This helps us make the most of our time together.
