No, we believe in fair and transparent pricing. On our $0 p/m plan with integrated online payment gateway, you get unlimited calendars and service providers.

When processing an online payment, you pay 1.5% plus 25c per transaction as well as 25c when your funds are deposited into your nominated bank account (choose daily or weekly deposits). That’s it! No other fees.

Our optional paid features include:

– SMS at 11c (minimum purchase $100) or 15c (minimum purchase $20)
– Video consults from 33c per 30 minute session

All our other innovative features are included in your plan. Custom pricing available on application for high volume users. Prices GST inclusive.

None! If you’re using our integrated online payment gateway, every single one of our features are included in your plan.

Every time you take an online payment, we charge 1.5% plus 25c. After paying our payment acquirer costs, a small amount is left over which, along with the purchase of credits for SMS and video consultations, helps cover our expenses. While we are a for-profit company, we are also for-purpose and our first priority remains strengthening the future and longevity of natural healthcare businesses. To do this, our aim is to decrease your costs while ensuring we can still maintain our own.

On our free plan, you get access to our integrated online payment processing which is required for some of our features to work. These include:

– The ability for clients to pay for their current or overdue invoices
– Client product re-ordering
– Taking payment upfront for bookings.

If you have an existing payment processing facility or if you don’t need access to the above features, we also offer a $25 p/m paid plan option.

The only other difference between the two plans is the number of available calendars. 

On our $0 p/m plan, you’ll receive unlimited calendars. On our paid plan, you receive 2. If you require more, there is an additional cost of $11 per calendar or you can get unlimited calendars for $99 p/m.

All other features are included in both plans. All prices are GST inclusive.

To process Hicaps, Medicare or DVA online, you first need to set up a free Medipass account. Once completed, copy and paste your API key into your My Appointments account. Either you or your client need to enter their health fund, Medicare or claim details into their My Appointments account which are stored encrypted for future processing.

At the time of transaction, simply select Hicaps, Medicare or DVA as your payment option. Your client will then get an SMS to approve the payment. The rebate is automatically updated on your invoice and funds deposited directly into your nominated bank account.

There are no monthly, set up or transaction fees to process health fund payments. If your services are also eligible for Medicare or DVA payments, Medipass does charge a fee for these services starting at 22¢ per claim (inc GST) for the first 200 claims made each month and then 12¢ per claim (inc GST) once you’ve processed more than 200 claims in a month.

The website is built to IS0 27001:2013 standards, an internationally recognised best practice framework for Information Security Management System. All data is stored on Australian servers, encrypted with end-to-end encryption and backed up daily.

Only the person who has entered data can access this information which means no one, including the My Appointments team, can access any of your files or that of your clients. If required, via our settings, you can grant permission to other practitioners in the same practice to access your clients files.

Yes, we have live chat and a call back service available. Knowledge based articles are also available 24/7 with instructional videos to help you navigate your way through our system

Yes. With our import feature, you can upload data for existing clients, products, stock levels, invoices and appointments straight into your My Appointments account.

Yes. When you create an account, our system will generate a code that you simply need to copy and paste onto your website. Clients can then book an appointment from your website which is automatically added to your My Appointments account.

Survey’s show that 62% of clients book appointments outside of usual trading hours. For this reason, our system has been optimised to facilitate the online booking process. You can however choose not to accept online bookings by adjusting your settings.
